Great personalised service. They take of their cars as well as their customers. No bureaucracy when their help is needed
Could not be happier with my experience with Chilecar. Long story short, our reservation got lost with a different provider at the Santiago airport on new years eve. Not a single car available at the airport. Took a Taxi to the hotel and called Chilecar on new years day, they had a car delivered to the hotel in 30 minutes.
The company is a good option for the tourist that they are trying to find a car in Santiago. The staff is nice and they offering good options with clear instructions
