They have a phone number which is an automated service where they basically tell you go check the website. You check the website and write them an email and it turns out because of the pandemic , they are not accepting tourist visa applications even though every other place in Santiago is open for business as usual and Brazil has opened its borders. They dont have a facebook page or a phone number you can call for an update if they have resumed normal service, so the only option is to write them an email every month asking them if the status has changed. I dont see why you cant have a consulate functioning with proper sanitary measures ; everyone else seems to be doing it. Even more, its not that hard to create a facebook page where you post updates. Its really not that hard guys. Just really seems like they just dont want to do any work.

pra quem precisa tirar carteira de habilitação aqui no Chile precisa trazer o certificado de escola faculdade o que comprove que você é alfabetizado já do Brasil apostillado ou que te enviem este documento pelo correio e se chegar vc vai poder tirar a carteira de motorista. Saí 5 horas de Viagem da comuna onde moro pra nada e por telefone não te atendem para dar uma explicação de como faz esse processo péssimo não poder comprovar aqui que você tem escolaridade pela embaixada do seu próprio país...
