What a terrible drop off experience! Our contract clearly stated our drop off site was at Punta Arenas Airport. After dropping the car and leaving the keys in their unmanned kiosk, they accused us of improperly returning the car. Their customer service department would not take responsibility for their mistake, and was incredibly rude over the phone. I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Excelente lugar para arrendar auto. Los precios son convenientes, no te cobran Tags por dia, si no lo que realmente utilizas, por lo que el arriendo que pagas es el real por el uso del auto. Los autos son nuevos, están higienizados e impecables. Los ejecutivos son muy amables y claros en toda la información que te entregan.
La atención fue siempre cordial y el vehículo estaba en perfectas condiciones.

Excelente y rápida atención. La oficina está un poco escondida (está en el nivel -1 del estacionamiento de pago), pero bajando por el ascensor la encontrarás fácilmente. La entrega del auto fue súper expedita (había hecho el Check IN online previamente). El auto estaba en perfectas condiciones, impecable. Lo recomiendo 100%!! Volveré a rentar auto acá sin duda
Súper bien atendido. Al menos a mí me entregaron la camioneta a tiempo y muy limpia. Al principio cuesta entender por dónde llegar a la oficina, pero siguiendo los letreros se llega bien al subterráneo.
