Friendly hotel in downtown Santiago. Reasonably modern with good facilities Including bath, restaurant and gym. Some staff speak English / Spanish. Good location close to parks and shopping. Restaurant is well priced with great range of options. Would recommend for a short stay or visit to the city.
The location and room condition of hotel is perfect. But there is no salad in breakfast.
Nice hotel. Great location, wonderful staff very comfy rooms. The restaurant is a real bonus. Very, VERY, nice. Good menu. Only negative is that it's age is showing. The elevator creaks and groans. The floor is recovered. The sliding glass doors are difficult and parts of the lock are broken. Overall, though, it's easy to overlook the negatives and enjoy the place.

My room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok and nice that it stayed on until 11am on weekends if you want a lie in. Most of the hotel staff were helpful but not that friendly. Good location for the business district and close to a huge shopping mall. There was a late night party across the road (until 8am the next day) taking place on both Saturdays I stayed there.
On the last night we stayed here, the shower faucet was broken and we could not shut off the water. So at 3am, after came back from watching the new year firework at downtown, we had to deal with this problem. The hotel had to shut off all the water supply in my room, so I could not take shower or use toilet. As a result, they changed my room at 3:30am. We had to pack everything to move to a different room at 3am. There was merely no apology from the hotel. After we strongly asked, begged, they allowed us to check out at 2pm the next day.... after we came back from watching fireworks at Entel Tower, we were planning to shower and sleep at 3am. However, because of their hotel issue, we had to pack everything, moved to a different room, unpack everything, and then shower. We slept at 5am instead of 3am. It was a bad experience overall. Not recommended to stay at this hotel, unless you want to be treated poorly.
