I recommend using one of the more legitimate, onsite agencies, as Ocarrol does not have an official oresence at airport and entire dealing was very informal. While the greeting was nice, it was all downhill. First, they do not have an office in airport, and park the car in a lot nearby, so you have to take airport shuttle to get to lot. Very informal service. We got a Renault Symbol. Beware, the trunk of these cars can be broken into using a screwdriver and I had a suitcase stolen one day. We were charged 40 because of this (mind you he never answered texts when I reported the break in day of, nor any assistance). I wish I had been warned about this design flaw. Headlight was also out in front of car, which attracts attention of police, who pull cars over for this (fortunately, we faced no fines for an out headlight). When we returned, he did not answer texts for drop off. We left in carpark and took shuttle. He was supposed to meet us in airport, but never answered. Luckily, somebody working at the airport helped us and called the agent directly, who told us to leave key in a baggage storage area—and we had to pay an extra 5 to leave the key with another person.

Very bad experience with them. It was the only bad experience happened in Chile. Try to avoid that agency.
Canceled our rental car via e-mail late in the evening the day before we were supposed to pick it up. We had reserved the car a month before. Could not be contacted to sort out the situation. Terrible

Nota zero! Desonestos e dissimulados!!! Fujam dessa locadora. Cobraram todos os pedágios que eu já tinha pago nas estradas e nem te perguntam se você já pagou. Se eu não tivesse guardado os tickets de comprovante. Teria que pagar tudo de novo. E no final ainda me cobraram uma lavagem do carro. Nunca paguei lavagem em nenhuma outra locadora. Não indico. Um pouco mais barato, mas O barato saiu muito caro. Fujam!
A pior empresa para se rentat um automóvel. Quando fui dovolver o carro, eles fizeram cobranças de todos os pedágios que eu já tinha pago nas estradas de Santiago do Chile. Minha sorte foi que não havia jogado nenhum ticket de pedágio fora, eu tive o cuidado de guardar todos, só desta maneira consegui provar que já estavam pagos. Eles puxam pela internet, e te apresentam a conta dos pedágios sem nem mesmo saber se você já havia pago. Portanto, agem de muita má fé. E, acreditem ou não, eles te cobram a lavagem do carro também. FUJAM dessa O' Carrol. São desonestos e mesquinhos. Não indico a ninguém. De preferência pela Hertz, Localiza, Alamo Europ dar, ou qualquer outra locadora. Só não aluguem nessa O'carrol, são os piores. ,
