Decent food, subaverage service. Came for breakfast buffet and it has plenty options but the table service is non existent and floor manager is rude when asking for room number. I asked for a coffee and she rudely responded to wait. Conveniente if staying st the hotel.

Efficient and pleasant service. Our group's Spanish was not extensive and the staff's command of English was excellent which contributed greatly to the level of service. Our meals were delicious and well priced however the two pizzas ordered had more cheese than a traditional neapolitan pizza, perhaps to appeal to the American palate. The salmon dish was excellent but the lemon chicken needed a little more zest/flavour.
We ordered a pizza and could not eat the whole thing. We asked for a to go box and was told that they dont have to go boxes. This is the first pizza place that does not have to go boxes. The waitress was rude as well. Will not eat here again!!!!!!
Open when many other places are closed, great choice if food and good quality. Staff friendly although sometimes bit confused. Very convenient location and works perfectly if you stay at Double Tree hotel and have no time to explore.
The food was not awesome - it was OK - but the 4* is for the only place within 3 kilometres that was open on New Year’s Eve and did not have an expensive set menu. It was a lifesaver for two hungry people
Excellent breakfast! Stayed here in April 2018. Sabino is a superstar waiter, very friendly and attentive.
We decided to spend the Xmas Eve at Quotidien Bistro (which belongs to the hotel DoubleTree by Hilton), since we were informed that few places would be open for dinner in Santiago. However it was one of the worst experiences we had in our entire lifes. We arrived at 9:30pm and till 11:00 pm, we have just a entree and drinks ... The waiter avoided to come to our table all night long and literally ran away all the time we would call him. My wife had to went to the counter to understand what was happening. The waiter and attendants said that the kitchen was busy and that we should be patient ... The funny thing is that, at 11:00 PM, the restaurant was almost empty ... Probably he thought we did not belong to that place or we did not have money. The worst thing was not the posture of the waiter but the attendants at the counter (yes ... we had to go to the counter afterwards to pay the bill ...). We went to Chile especially to celebrate Xmas and apart from this lack of sensitivity of the restaurant and Double Tree by Hilton, we were treated very well by everyone in everywhere we went. People from Chile are very polite and friendly.
Grilled octopus and glass of wine %off for Hilton honors?! Coming back every day for dinner
