Use to love this place and would go a couple times a week.. this time we had a wait of 2 hours when food arrived burgers and chicken were tough barely any donner meat and chips were cold.. don't know if you got new cooks but pretty poor.

Superb! Delicious ice cream. Very nice staff.
Placed order last night and got to the 2 hour mark and food never arrived. Tried to contact them but no answer as by the time we’ve waited they’ve closed. Rang them again today to try and resolve things, However the women on the other end was rude and insisting I was wrong and she personally cancelled the order which was a blatant lie as I have the money out of my bank and an email saying it was confirmed, no apology just told me to take things up with Foodhub. It is a real shame being from Middlesbrough “the true home of the parmo” as these are the only place to do them as i am aware but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all with customer service like that but on the other hand if you love snotty rude customer service this is the best place for you.
Binned it. No sauce. Chicken tough . Think mistook yogurt for mayo in colslaw. Salad mint dressing yuk. No clue on flavour combinations
