Terrible customer service, staff doesn’t know what they are doing, they are slow and rude! Waste of your time going there, better off ordering online which got offers and another level of customer service!
The girls in this shop are fantastic. Despite Movistar giving me many problems, the girls sorted out everything for me, and even after only 1 visit they remembered my name and my problem. There is always a queue but it is worth waiting for good service.
I was attended by Alejandro Romero. Very impressed and grateful for his help, professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended! Dogs are allowed in the Shop!
Excellent service, the staff were extremely patient and persistent, as well as courteous. I had a problem with an Apple watch that took a few goes to solve but they sorted it all out. Many thanks!
Just to say the service of Alejamdro Romero Fox was excellent, I will always insist on his help on future visits to Movistar. Will recommend him to family and friends.
I ask about fibra. Told me it is 47,03/ month, includes 2 moviles 2 GB and 200 min phone time. Two very polite persons at the service, but you have to waite a rather long time. Is it hoing to be cheaper? And what about the EU-agreements that the phone calls prices being the max in Europe?
Has been a month since I signed a contract and still haven't received the product, they sold me like there was coverage in my residence for after tell me there isn't, ever since they are saying they will fix the problem and they never do, the timeline to install has been pushed further every time, no one ever solves the problem and every one always promises that the problem will be solved, not worth the price and the stress, other companies tell me that they cannot offer the product in my place, movistar said that they can and still haven't given me the product, no consideration for the costumer, I have waited for over an hour in this store for she says to me in 2 minutes she can't do anything, after sell me saying that would take no longer than a week to install everything, movistar has no respect or consideration for the costumer whatsoever.
