Enjoyed an 11 night stay here. The hotel is very big so lots of walking. Plenty of lifts. Clean rooms. The food is good with lots of choices. English bacon & help yourself to ice creams. Animation team are very good. The Reception staff were good & very helpful. Our room was comfortable & spacious & with booking through Thomas Cook we got tea & coffee facilities & a gift of sweets nuts & crisps when we left which was a nice touch. One thing we missed was an extra trash bin in the living room area we had to keep using the bathroom bin which was too small for empty water bottles etc it soon filled up. Some of the waiter staff could be a little more friendly but they are always busy. The pool was clean with one section being heated. Lots of sun beds be careful of the floor it gets very hot barefoot on hot days. The seafront is lovely & great for strolling along the sea front & brilliant to see the airplanes landing nearby. But watch out for the cyclists when crossing to it you don't always hear them. Overall a good holiday & good hotel.
Hotel was absolutely amazing, the nicest cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Plenty of cats strolling around the place but the don't bother you and they are nice to look at. Food is great if you're into Mediterranean food, if not don't worry, there is a Burger bar that does burgers and hot dogs etc. Don't reserve the Chinese restaurant though, it's not nice at all except for the sushi. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better service. 10/10
I haven't had the chance to stay at this hotel but it is impossible to contact them! My holiday was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. All I want is a refund but no contact can be made
It's OK. Spent a lot of money for a 2 night AI break with spa before a week in a villa. Wish we had saved our money (350 for couple for 2 nights) and had couple of extra nights in villa and more meals out. Room was nice and spacious with sea view and food was OK but nothing to write home about. Very large concrete edifice. Right next to end of airport runway although, to be fair, planes not intrusive and didn't hear them overnight (think they stop after about 11pm).

Only been here a few days and feel like I needed to write this review. This place is fabulous; the room was clean upon arrival, with even a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday - thank you - and the restaurant/bar facilities are fantastic. All the staff that I’ve encountered are lovely and ready to help - especially the lovely ladies and gentlemen at the reception desk. The queue for the beach bar is quick and hassle free with hardly any waiting time. I would just like to say a massive thank you to everybody.
Our stay was cut short due to lockdown, I'm not going to go into that as wasn't a great experience. But I wanted to give a big shout out about two really lovely girls their names were Chantal and Daisy. They were very friendly and always welcoming to me and my mum. Thank you both.
