I bought my BMW here and is very happy with the car, but they do not offer good customer service. We were told (as we were arriving 5 min before lunch) that we would just need to wait outside until they got back from their lunch brake, which is 2,5 hours! before we could get the keys to the car. When I got the car, it had so little fuel that I didnt know if i would even be able to drive to the nearests gas station. They are focusing on luxury cars, but the service is more targeted the other end of the scale..

tremendos estafadores, primero me venden un coche aparentemente en perfecto estado, revisión con factura y itv recién pasada, para mi sorpresa en 800 kilómetros tengo que cambiar las 4 ruedas por estar cristalizadas y cuarteadas, ayi no se aprecia por el barniz de silicona que les dan. ahora a los 4 meses se avería el electroventilador y según ellos no lo cubre la garantía. Carlos el vendedor durante la venta es todo simpatía , pero a la hora de la verdad es todo un impresentable. yo ya estoy con la reclamación judirica y si los demás os lo quereis ahorrar ya sabeis, NO COMPRAR AQUI
Hace 1 mes compré un coche de segunda mano gama alta y el servicio ha sido excepcional. Escuchando las necesidades del cliente y siempre activos para responder ante cualquier solicitud. Surgió un aviso del coche a los pocos días, les llamé e inmediatamente solventaron la incidencia. Muy recomendable y una compra muy positiva
我是一个在他们那刚刚买了一辆宝马X5中国人，性价比非常高。浏览很多网站，觉得他们的车性价比非常高(相对在西班牙来说）。而且车款式都很新，有好多豪车。非常专业的交易员，办事效率很高。在我银行车贷款下来以后，不出一小时就办理了所有过户手续。虽然车开回来发现前保险杠有个装饰用的塑料套件有点脱落外（但是可以很容易修复），其它的都非常完美。总的来说非常令人满意。下次我还会再买他们的车。 另外我觉得很多留言差评的原因应该是这家车行出售量非常大的原因，有些顾客碰到一些质量差的车，这也非常正常的。毕竟你再专业的车辆鉴定员也不能杜绝二手车里有一些小问题。而且就算你买了新车，都没有哪个品牌的车能保证都没有故障的。当我在他们那买车的时候销售员明确说明了，一年的保修只包括发动机和变速箱。可能有些买家没了解清楚，从而觉得自己被坑了。
