I have had a problem with an E watch and although this is annoying quality wise, the company has been excellent dealing with the matter in a most professional way. From a customer service point of view it has been 5 star throughout.
We purchased product from this company, sadly what we received was nothing like what was advertised. Have asked Ecomerzpro to collect it from us and refund accordingly. They stopped communicating with us.

I am in the same situation, purchased a vitawatch for my husband. It arrived and is faulty, the company want me to pay for the return, after reading various emails now feel not a good company to deal with. Very slow in responding to my emails and they are suggesting watch is not faulty. I feel like I am trapped and have been ripped off totally. Karen Powell.
This company is very legit. I received my neck relax on time and it was brand new and packaged properly. Instructions were spot on. Great product and I love it. And for the person who didn't know how to charge it, use the same port you plug your phone into. Simple.
