I brought my car to ABC Hyundai after making an appointment for Tuesday morning at 730am. When I got there the service writer checking in cars told me she had no record of my appointment. I asked her if she had a service writer named Albert. That was the person who was supposed to have made the appointment. I made the appointment the Thursday before. In any case they found that in addition to my trunk release problem I also had 3 recalls on the vehicle. I was told they would need the car the majority of the day. I took an Uber home because they only take you within a10 mile radius. I live 15 miles away. I finally get a call from Albert around 530pm and he tells me that one of the parts needed for the recall is not in stock and will be delivered to the dealership tomorrow (Wednesday) around 9am. I called for a status update at 10:55am and my call was never returned. I then left a message on the general service line around 1pm explaining my frustration both with Albert and the lack of follow-up. No one has called me back as yet. Next I guess I'll have to try and speak to a manager. Poor customer service and very poor follow-up.

Dealing with Mary has always been a breeze, smooth experience. Things get done, communication has always been on point and your time is respected. It's a shame ABC HYUNDAI is losing her. She was great people. Sorry I won't be going back after she leaves. That's the reason for lack of a star bc of the lack of communication i had with a previous person their, Albert Rodriguez. He may be good at sales or whatever but his communication is BEYOND THE DAMN WORST! shame.
