I haven't been to this location in over a year. I was very pleased with the customer service I received starting with Ashley the office manager who was very helpful and made getting an appointment so fast and easy. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The nurse was very personable and easy to talk to. I liked the Dr, thought he had good bed side manners. Sorry, I'm not good with names, but I was impressed with the service. Might I add, the facility was clean.

This place should not be in business. Dr. Lola is very unprofessional. She made derogatory inquiries about my family. She indicated the complications were common with on-English speaking individuals.\ She was extremely unprofessional. Waited in the room for over 30 minutes to have labs drawn to go and personally find her only for her to forget, same thing happened while waiting for a prescriptions. Obviously, she has trouble remembering. There is no reason a patient should be waiting in the room for you to return on two separate occasions for more than 30 minutes. Place need a remodel, its old and stale. You don't even want to sit on the bed to get an exam.

We love the staff at Advanced Urgent Care. My kids & I had to come in and they treated us so great! From Kelsey to Sydney in front and Sylvia to Ashley. We are so grateful for their care especially with my younger son who was so scared. They took time to ease his fears & actually made him calm. I will always remember that and how during this pandemic they kept their cool and got their job done.

I came here for a refill for my prescription and a bad infection. Was treated nicely by the staff. Very pleasant and made you feel welcome. Administer an ejection and prescriptions. Was in and out 20 minutes. By the time I got home I was feeling much better. I would recommend visiting.

The doctor was awesome! He took time to explain my health issues and I hope I get better soon! Everyone was nice and helpful. I wasn’t really pleased about the waiting time, but I think It was worth it!
