(Revo Owner) BUYERS BEWARE. This place has an attractive facade and helpful sales team, but it's all smokes & mirrors once you move in. Below is my summed up ownership and buyers remorse experience: - Not worth the price and cut corners since Taylor Morrison acquisition mid-project - Awful post-construction follow up on missed items, not organized, delays, and bounced around superintendents & project managers - Dirty streets, club house dumpster visible and filled in with owners trash, busted out trash bins left in the open on trash days, cracked pavement and curbs by construction equipment, poor quality materials - Confusing unit layout resulting in lost/stolen packages and cramped up driveways for private access - If you have a yard, you DO NOT own it, but can use as private communal (not openly disclosed) - No charcoal grilling allowed with largest yard (disclosed otherwise prior to sale) - Incompetent and overpriced HOA (1 master and 2 subs), amenities restricted to appointment only, top of the hour attendance only and limited hours - No breaks on HOA dues to align with Covid restrictions I could go on and on, but basically not what you'd expect for purchasing a mid 500K townhouse. Think very carefully if you're considering a purchase in this development.

Just moved into Affinity REVO. Great experience so far, super friendly neighbors, and my family loves using the gym and pool facilities. Awesome construction superintendent. Arguably the best location in the heart of Summerlin. 5 min walk to Downtown Summerlin, Golden Knights practice facility, Aviators baseball, Red Rock Casino, and a new Community park (Sagemont). I noticed another homeowner complaining about amenity appointments.....welcome to the world of COVID. Although a tiny bit inconvenient, I have always had success just walking up without an appointment. Affinity is NOT the only HOA having to compromise. Affinity is a condo/townhouse community, so neighbors in close proximity shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. Urban, modern living at its best.
This post is in regards to Affinity. BUYERS BEWARE! I can say i dont write reviews alot, but after contacting the news in regards to hoa practices and them charging for non use of amenities, Im hoping this post helps someone say NO to buying here. Don't be fooled buy your tour because after you move in, you are of no value. Over the past 4 months there have been no breaks due to covid. HOA has continues to charge full 300 for non use of amenities. Surrounding communities actually gave residents a break, but Affinity kept service high to bring in new buyers. Now the new rules are limited daytime hours and no guests. So what are we paying for really? I can tell you, original buyers are all slowly leaving.
William Lyon builds a great home and their warranty coverage is the best out there!
Terrible construction. They should be ashamed to have their name on this product. All I ever hear is the person above me. It's as if we live together. Lazy, half done of a building.
