Very well managed facility. Be aware, they can only take up to 25-35 people on Saturdays, so be sure to arrive at 11AM BEFORE they open. I arrived at 11AM and left around 2PM, and still managed to be 20th in line. However, getting there early is worth the wait. The staff are super friendly and understanding. The only negative thing I would say is that this place is super underfunded. They need more funds so that they can stay open longer and have a larger facility.

I always assume that if a service is free I'll be paying in time. I heard really positive things about this place, how they treat you like people and not diagnoses. I was there from 11:40am to 4pm. I know you need to collect information to determine which tests you should do, but I said I blocked out some of my experiences and I couldn't really answer some of the questions. When I said this, the woman doing intake looked visibly annoyed. I could see her bite her tongue and try to relax her face like she wanted to scream at me. Then asked me the same question in a different tone. I was just super uncomfortable after that. If you're not in the first 25-30 people to arrive, leave. And if you're towards the end, maybe you're not much of a person anymore.

Good place, i do recommend going 2-3 hours before they open to secure a spot as they only accept 25-30 people.Completely free and discreet.

Highly advise anyone (walk-ins) that plans to go here show up two or three hours in advance. There is a line prior to opening up on Weds for testing. They usually take 30-40 people approx. Anyone after, has to wait till the next opening day. For non-walk in’s, schedule a appointment ahead of time. I arrived and waited in line at 4:30. I finished up at 10:15. Free to get tested but long wait.
