Personal service and attention to detail. Will and Jack are the guys I deal with the most and they always make sure I have what I need. I went to visit them for a Plasma cutter and they asked me a bunch of questions to make sure I did not buy too little or too much machine, they told me the pros and cons of each type in my price range and they showed me the available upgrades for each to make sure my future needs were meet. The one they helped me select has been working out great and good thing I listened to them as we have expanded the use of that unit to more and larger tasks.

Whoever the gentleman was who was working on Monday, January 21st at approximately 3 pm gave excellent service over the phone. He was so genuinely friendly... U can hear it in his voice, I just love that. My boyfriend goes there regularly to fill an oxygen tank for his glass blowing. He says the service is always good.
