These ladies are the BEST! I bought my dress shortly after I had my son. Well, 8 months later I was unsure of the decision I made. With only 36 days left until my wedding, I decided I wanted to change my dress. So I tried on the dress I saw online, and I LOVED it. I felt like a bride. Andrea and Danielle went out of there way to ensure I got the dress I loved. They made me feel like a bride, and I am beyond grateful for them! Now I can enjoy my wedding day feeling the way I always imagined I would!
My experience was fantastic. My consultant was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect dress even though I described one that was completely different from what I bought! She listened to what I thought I wanted and certainly delivered. After a not so great experience at another salon, my time at Alfred Angelo left me feeling amazing.
I was SO impressed with the level of service I received at this store! Gail was an absolute sweetheart and made the whole experience so much fun. I found a beautiful dress that was in my budget (not an easy feat). She was very experienced and so easy to work with, I had a great time finding my wedding dress!
After a dismal day shopping around at other places, I finally made it over to Alfred Angelo. I spoke to Alissa, and thought I was asking for the impossible- wedding being in less than a week. She was happily up to the challenge, and found a couple of options. My mom actually found a dress that worked beautifully, and they helped to accessorize it. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and very upbeat. Alissa was funny, patient, quick, and very helpful. Thanks for the help, everybody. I'm not normally too girly, but you helped me look and feel like a princess! There wasn't a dry eye in the house.
Edit: this was the mall circle location. Not rainbow. I love the designs but it was the ordering part that made me upset. As I was placing my order I told the woman placing my order that I did not want the straps that were on the list of things suggested. And after multiple times asking and clarifying that she wasn't adding the straps, she STILL PUT THEM ON THE ORDER! The straps were 39/40 dollars. She had me sign the papers that said the order was correct. And because she said the straps weren't on the charge, I signed. Then when I went to pick up my dress another consultant told me the straps were on the way. What?!?! And they wouldn't give me a refund after I told them multiple times I didn't want them before and I didn't want them now. So long story short, I hope none of you get conned. Keep track of how many items you want and then check multiple times. I spent almost 300 dollars here and I'm a bridesmaid! They could have had the decency to refund me for something I have stated and made clear I didn't want.
On veterans day, Alfred Angelo decided to give free dresses to active duty and veterans. I was one of the lucky ones who was able to book an appointment and make my dream come true. When I entered the store, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful consultant by the name of Gail was able to help me. She went out of her way to make sure I walked away with the perfect dress. If you ever go to this bridal shop, ask for Gail and tell her Brianna sent you. She is amazing. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!
I had a blast dress shopping with Alfred Angelo's employee Gail Paul. She was so kind and patiently helped me on my search for the perfect dress. I can tell she's extremely passionate about her job; she loves it! She didn't pressure me to buy anything, and I really appreciated that. Gail is my go-to girl for Alfred Angelo dresses. She's awesome! I'd definitely recommend her assistance if you're visiting this store.
