After going to Walker, Ashley, and Big Furniture out in Henderson a week ago and feeling like everything was overpriced for the value, and the Walker salesperson was very pushy, my husband and I had the BEST experience just now at American Freight. The gentleman who helped us was extremely nice, answered our questions, and gave us plenty of time to look at things by ourselves. The dresser we liked was only 220, and they do delivery! Which is nice since we don't have a truck. In a month or so he said there would be new items, so we will definitely be back! I just wish we'd gotten his name! Give that guy a raise! :)

Luz was a awesome! She helped us find our dream machine (literally) for an amazing price! Initially we were so stressed / worried that we wouldn’t find a machine. We had purchased our machine from Lowe’s and it was supposed to be delivered today. However, they notified us the day before that our delivery date was moved to October (which was potentially also a date that could change again). Being that we had already waited nearly a month (with no washer / dryer), we were desperate to find something. After viewing Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy, our luck was running out. Do to the supply of dryers, the wait time was months (some even into next year) away. Many places are having issues with inventory due to the delay caused by the pandemic. The moment we walked into the store Luz guided us through a huge selection of amazing washers / dresses. Who knew one could get so giddy to see a working appliance? Luz helped us find the exact one we were looking for and helped us choose the best one on the store floor. She even went to the back to see what was in stock. And guess what?! Our dryer that matched perfectly to the washer, just came into stock and was in the back! Luz allowed us to explore the store, was patient, helped us find everything we needed, informed us on everything, was friendly, and was externally professional! We are so happy and can’t wait to come back! Oh and we are getting our washer / dryer next week!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Infinity) !!!!!!!!!!

So, my husband and I needed a new mattress and he drove me straight to this place. At first, I did not want to buy here because we were just buying for the guest room but...when we entered the store, we got a BIG smile and welcome from Demorrio. He did not linger. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us our best options in the price range I gave him. I told my husband...\we can get a cheaper mattress from elsewhere\. Demorrio smiled and said, \you'll be back\ So true, good customer service is hard to come by and we bought from American Freight. We even bought a mattress cover for our new purchase.Even through the mask, Demorrio's personality showed through. We finally bought a mattress and a box spring. So glad to be a customer here. We will be back and our guest will be soooooo happy with our purchase.

I went to American Freight to purchase a washer/dryer and the experience was so much better than I had ever experienced at high end appliance sellers. The staff was very well trained and just very kind people who provided great customer service. I also saved at least 50% off from other stores. I bought an LG set with all the bells and whistles for under 1200!

They do have some bargains here but you have to be willing to search for them. Most of the items are refurbished or have slight cosmetic damage which is why you pay less for the product. Refunds can be difficult but my issues were taken care of. The delivery is 80 bucks for up to 5 items so if your buying multiple things then get them all at once if you can. I bought a stand up freezer and a fridge from them and they were delivered the next day and set up for me. The staff is friendly for the most part.
