I have known Monique Howard for over 2 years. She is a caring and compassionate care giver and provider for elderly adults. Monique is a responsible, reliable and professional individual who knows exactly what her job duties entail. She is skilled in knowing who her clients are as people and anticipates their needs and concerns. Monique provided excellent care for my Mother during the last 2 years of her life. My Mom went from a mobile individual to someone who required constant care. Monique adapted to all her health changes and came up with innovative techniques to accommodate all her challenges. Monique took it upon herself to know what my Mom liked and cared about and provided her with those things on a daily basis. If I ever had the need to provide a family member with a caregiver I would absolutely employ Monique again.

This company is ran by very unprofessional people - A young lady and her husband..They are very unorganized.They don't take in consideration of others,and their needs and responsibilities. They change rules regularly and expect you to adjust and go with the flow, without you being aware. Favoritism does happen with this company and I believe in equalness..If you want your loved one to be treated with respect,compassion, have confidentiality and you enjoy working as a Caregiver, I would strongly agree that you find another company that would take care of your needs properly and in order.
