Unfortunately, while backing out of my garage, I scratched my brand new car. I was so upset, however, I found this amazing company to take it to have it fixed. I wish I could give this place a million stars. Joe was an absolute saint and really helped me out during these hard times. My car looks like it did the day I bought it!! I am so grateful. This is the nearest body repair shop from where I live. I had a large scratch and dent behind the cab of my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. I brought it in in the morning and explained to them that I need the truck back for work the next day. They agreed and completed their promise. They detailed the vehicle inside and out. The repair looks seamless. I highly recommend Arrow Collision.
Was VERY pleased with there Professionalism and Quality. They worked with me and helped me make the right decisions. They went over and beyond to work with me and to make sure we got everything done that needed to be done. Went to the stop on a bad day(Hit and run) and they helped me get thru it. I am very happy with the outcome, Car actually looks PERFECT and will 100% use again, Just hope not in a Hit and run situation . These guys are great. Their caring and intelligent team got two of my cars back non the road and were able to work with my insurance to keep them from totalling out both times. Both vehicles have kept with the tests of time, the work being almost 2 years old at this point. Extremely proud of the work they did to my Jeep Commander, colormatching the rhino liner on my bumper and fender flares to perfection. Thanks again guys.
