It was my first time personally using Asian Imports, and Jim went above and beyond to give great customer service. I recently took my car to the dealer and was told I needed 1600 in work done. I then took my car to AI to have one of those items done [power steeling fluid for 140] and was told I needed another 2300 in work done. This was very frustrating, but unlike at the dealer, Jim offered to show me exactly what the problems were and walked me through why it was important. He literally raised my jeep up so we could walk under and take a look at everything. I have very little knowledge of cars and mechanics, but he patiently gave me clear explanations that were super helpful. Carol, at the front desk, is also the best front desk person I’ve experienced in years!!!

Asian Imports did a great job with an unexpected and significant repair. They were easy to work with in scheduling an appointment and explaining their process, quickly examined the car to diagnose the problem, called me with a very detailed itemized estimate, and completed the work within the timeframe they projected (and a few hours earlier). There's never a good time for a car issue to arise, but Asian Imports made the process as easy as possible with timely, clear communication and helped make an unpleasant situation better by quickly remedying it. I would use again without hesitation if the need ever arose.
Purchased used Honda CRV. Had multiple complaints, struts, transmission mounts, shaking, shuddering, thumping, body roll, and numerous warranty claims with dealer and Asian Imports performed a diagnostic, explained suspension was replaced and transmission mounts were fine. Made recommendations and absolutely made a huge difference. Jim was very friendly.
Since moving to Vegas, I have found a lot of options regarding mechanics. These guys have always taken care of me in a timely manner with no issues or surprises. Prices are fair, and customer service is excellent.
Finding a trustworthy and reliable auto shop can prove to an unattainable task most often. Asian Imports checks all the boxes one can only wish for in a auto shop. From Carol in the office to the technicians in the back. I never have to worry or question if the work was performed correctly or if I'm being sold something that I don't need. Tom makes sure my vehicles stay in top shape. I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else.
Asian imports has been my go to auto repair place since I moved to Summerlin over 2 years ago. They go over and above in their service and make you feel as though your the most important customer. Great service, great value, great people and I trust them
Check this out for service. On a recent Friday afternoon (at 4:30), the check engine light came on the dashboard on my Subaru. After determining that oil level was down, I topped that off. However, the check engine light remained on. "Great, the weekend is ruined," so I thought as this Subaru is my only vehicle. Upon googling mechanics near me, I called Asian Imports in Summerlin. With a few probing questions, Jim assessed that it would be safe to drive short distances. If I could swing by his shop before close, he'd run a diagnostics test. I arrived right at 5:00. Jim ran the test, deleting the light on the dashboard. He assured me from the results of the diagnostics test that the check engine light was nothing major and was likely caused by the low oil level at the moment. Jim did not charge me a dime! And I wasn't even a customer! I was all smiles, of course, and enjoyed my weekend as planned. Having just moved to Las Vegas, I had no idea what mechanic was fair and trustworthy. I found that combination in Asian Imports and have since had an oil change done. Carol at the front desk was friendly, professional, and kept me informed. I'm sold on their business and will continue to have my vehicle serviced and maintained by the trustworthy and knowledgeable folks there. You can trust Asian Imports, too. Jack T.
