The quality of work done here is POOR & IN THE MUD! the guy removed/stole parts from my car and acted as if he did not. When I returned with my concerns he said \go to the junk yard and get the parts and I will put them on for you\...after paying 4000. There were loose nuts and bolts on my vehicle and I had to pay someone else to tighten them afterwards. RUN far away from this place!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE. (AA auto care 7501 w. There's a reason they have a very low rating of 3.7....Terrible... Very unfriendly. Charged for work not done. Do not want to honor warranty. After spending over 2000 last year for work and problem still not fixed, they said my car needed a computer at a cost of 2300. Took my car elsewhere and found out parts I was charged for had not been replaced and car did not need computer. I spent 250 elsewhere and my car got fixed. Found out that they had disconnected a wire to make car run very rough and tried to sell me a computer for it....STAY AWAY from there.
I brought my car to get oil changed here a month ago I still have 1000 miles until my new oil change but recently I had to take my car to the dealer due to an diagnostics and come to find out I need an oil change ASAP so I basically paid this place for nothing oil is low and was dirty and not done correctly and it was past due even when I took it I should have known something was off because they turned off my system settings that shows me how long until my next oil change Not worth bringing your car here
Excellent customer service, love the convenience of it being so close to my home. I will definitely be coming back for more services to my car.
I came for a smog check and I've been waiting for the front desk agent for about 20 min. And the manager is so rude. Last time I was here at 5:30 pm and he told me to come back another day because his workers could do a wacky job in it because they close at 6pm. This messed up my schedule and now they will take another 20 min to get the smog done.
