I am a groomsman in a friend's wedding...so I had to get fitted for a tux. Nina is extremely professional, respectful, friendly and personable. The number provided for the business is a cell phone number. If you text it...Nina herself texts you back, meaning you don't receive a robo-text back...it is a real person. She has been in business for 30 years and knows her stuff. The prices are very reasonable...particularly because of the location of the store and the attention to detail shown in just the 5 minutes it took for me to be fit for the tuxedo. Overall an outstanding establishment!

Nina was very rude to me. I bought a 200 dress and she charged me 50 for a fitting that was not done correctly. When i first went to pick the dress up, on the day i was told to come back, she did not have the dress ready and it was not even at her store. She told me she would text me when another lady dropped the dress off at the store. I never got a text. The next day, i didn’t get a text but sent someone to pick it up for me.i tried it on and i had a tail that was long, when i asked her to get rid of the tail and align t with the front of the dress. When I called and asked her to fix it, I got a nasty attitude. She told me in all her years of owning the store, she NEVER messed up on anything. I asked what she could do. She said to take it next morning at 11 when opens. We asked if it would be done then and there since she had messed it up, and because I could not miss school. She said she wouldn’t have it done till night. She also said no one in town does a fitting so quickly. Ridiculous. I’ve made several trips from across town. I can’t miss school. Or work. Therefor, I have to pay someone else to fix something that I paid 50 dollars for. Nina does not treat customers well when she is the person who made the mistake. Bad business. Never again.

The owner was very rude. More than that, she was racist toward my future mother in law. She made her very comfortable. She referred to her as 'you people' and acted like she was on a pedestal. This business is unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend Azure.

Awful. Worst experience ever. We shopped for 20 mins, without once seeing an employee. No one to welcome us, help with sizing or a fitting room. We finally find where the fitting room is and there is one other family back there. I asked them if there were any fitting rooms and they showed us the empty one that was not being used. There is a 3 dress limit for the rooms. We had 5. I hang 2 on outside door so we dont break the rules. While my daughter was dressing, I hear someone take dresses off our door. I rush out and see a woman with one of the dresses we had to try on. I asked to please give me the dress back, and explained we were keeping on outside so we dont break the 3 dress rule. The woman pushed her way into my daughters fitting room WHILE SHE WAS HALF NAKED, & said with a snotty attitude "I am going to clear some of these dresses out." There were 2 hanging & 1 halfway on my partially nude daughter. SO i ask "Oh, do you work here?" She was wearing a hat, sunglasses, & gym clothes. She DID not look like a professional at all especially for selling wedding and formal wear. Her response again was extremely rude and smug "Oh I am one of the owners." I ask if there are any of the dresses we had in any other sizes, didn't matter what color, we just needed an idea of what size she would need in the styles she liked. Her response was again full of attitude "I have been in this business for 30 years, I am not a department store. It takes 3 days for a dress to come in. I can measure and order based on that." SO BASICALLY we can spend 200-500 (could be more or less ) JUST to try a damn dress on to see if she likes it. Not how it works. If that was the case I would be ordering dresses online and not shopping in a store SO she can try it on to decide if it is the right one. She made an exciting experience for a mother and daughter just awful by being a nasty and unprofessional "owner/employee" It is a SMALL shop. No reason for that type of treatment .
