I got charged 431 for a car part that's 70 online. Not disputing the labor cost. Even if the part was 100, and I get charged 200 (100% profit margin) I'll understand. BUT 431 FOR A 70 average cost PART?! I find it excessive and appalling. HERE'S PROOF. With so many options out there, this is disgusting. Not going back for sure.

Bob's Autodynamics are the absolute best. They are professional and honest (which is hard to find). They will provide the best advise and inform you throughout the repair. The system they have is honestly best I have ever seen. If you are concern about price, worry no more- their prices are very competitive. Also, if you want the job done right with an eased mind, go to them!! Finally, they will have your vehicle in & out
Great service. We got an online copy of a report about our beloved 2013 F150 showing photos of all the brake cracks and rotor damage. They replaced the front brakes and rotors really quickly (same day within a few hours) and gave the car a once over. Price for all that was 510, which is super cheap considering we got quotes from other places for 700 for the same brake work. Would absolutely go back.
The work that was done was done well, Bob's team prepared my vehicle for a long road trip and I made it safely. 4/5 because I had to return for a service that should have been done the first time, otherwise staff is very friendly and the work gets done at a fair price. I would still recommend.
First time here. I am very satisfied with the work performed. The office staff was excellent and Bob himself took an interest in making sure my vehicle was done correctly. I found a place I can trust! I have already scheduled more work with them.
If there is one area of life on which I know very little, and I mean "VERY LITTLE", it is in the area of auto mechanics. I know how to drive a car, put gas in a car and fill the tires with air and that is the extent of my knowledge base. Therefore, when something goes wrong with my car I am at a loss and I am completely and fully in the hands of a trusted auto mechanic. The key word there is "TRUST." Unfortunately in our world today, trust is hard to find both personally and professionally. How pleased I am to share my good fortune with Bob's AutoDynamics. Laura at the front desk could not have been more friendly or more welcoming while explaining everything that was going to take place. Bob came over and explained everything to me in terms I could actually understand! The communication and updates that Bob uses via text and email is superb, nothing like I have ever seen with any other car care company. Thank you Bob, Cheryl and Laura for an amazing, comfortable and trustworthy experience.
