Todd (the business owner) is a low class scammer. Me and my girlfriend went there and ordered a bowling ball that he didn't have in stock. In good faith, we paid for it in full, and were promised to have it available in a week. I called after 10 days, then after 13 days, as the ball was still not available, and Todd didn't even have the decency to return our calls. On the 14th day I open a chargeback with my credit card. Todd has denied my refund and falsified documents to my credit card company "proving" that I have received what I bought. How can someone risk ruining their business over 186 dollars is beyond me. I am re-escalating this issue to American Express and if they still deny my refund I will take this scammer to small claims without hesitation. 0/10, never go there and never do business with Todd.
