The customer service I received from Chelsea and this whole staff was amazing! I felt like they genuinely cared and would even give their opinion when you asked for advice. I have been to other bridal shops and felt more like a burden but not here. I have been in this shop twice and asked for Chelsea each time. The 2nd time I walked in the door she was already all set with my favorite dress from last time. I did finally say yes to a dress! If you are on the fence about going into this shop, I recommend to do it, you won't regret it, they care about you and can answer all the questions you have and will go above and beyond for you. 10/10 Stars! Thank you Chelsea!

Went here on Saturday for their week long 95 dress sale, tried on 8 dresses & ended up buying 2. My girl who was helping me was super sweet & accommodating. Everyone there is really pleasant. It was my first time getting fitted & trying on dresses so I didn't really know what to expect other than what I've seen on "Say Yes To The Dress". Overall my experience there was really great & quite fun. I go back in February for my alterations. I definitely recommend this place to all brides to be.

Highly recommend checking out Brilliant Bridal. It was my first time dress shopping and they did a great job of making it a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly, and Ari was so great in helping me figure out what styles I liked. Super cute shop, and lots of beautiful dress options in a great price range.

The staff is amazing, especially Tara! The dresses are fabulous here. There's quite a selection to choose from and the prices are amazing. I got my dream dress for 95. I went thinking I was going to have to settle, but I didn't in any way. I've never felt so pretty everyone should go here

I went to Brilliant Bridal after my appointment at David's Bridal and I ended up going with the dress I found at Brilliant Bridal! The price was more than right, I paid 95 for the dress of my dreams! Knowing it went to breast cancer awareness was a huge plus but when the amazing women helped me put the dress on, everyone including myself cried! It was a beautiful experience, everyone at Brilliant Bridal were really helpful and understanding of our budget and even though my budget was 1000, the dress was PERFECT. It fit me without being altered and with just how welcoming everyone was, it was an amazing experience.

I came in not fully sure on what type of dress I wanted. Tara was incredible and made me feel right at home. After trying on a few dresses she went onto the floor and came back with the most beautiful dress. She was patient with me trying it on multiple times and made me feel so gorgeous and welcomed.
