I recently had to use them I changed the batteries in my thermostats and the heater would not kick on. So I called Buenos Aires in which the owner answered and got someone oit within 30 minutes from the time I hung up with him. A tech named John Porter showed up found that the issue was the thermostat and he installed and new one at a reasonable price and had my system back up and running in no time. I greatly appreciated the awesoem customer service from both the owner and from John. I will surly use them again if I have any other cooling or heating isssues in the future.
