Just Me

Its not in the best of areas and the initial wait wasn't the best but understandable. They were really great with treating me though. They listened to what was going on and I felt pretty good when leaving. Came in with unbearable pain and left feeling much better. Visit was much cheaper than I expected with my insurance. Definitely will go here again if necessary.

Went to their locatoin about 20 minutes before they opened. Stood in line behind approximate 7 other patients in front of me and several behind. It took 2.5 hours before I was able to go in. Stood out in the cold with a fever, no one came out to see how everyone was doing or the status of our wait. When I finally was able to see the doctor the nurse told me they could only treat me for one of my two symptoms, both were needed to determine my results. She said the doctor told her that my insurance company would only approve one for the visit. I informed her that I was paying cash and had no insurance. She told the doctor and he came in the room yelling at me demanding I pick one or the other symptoms to treat or none. I am 62 years old and have never been treated so poorly at a medical faclility in my life. I ended up leaving after the 3-hour wait and went later to UMC Urgent Care where I was treated within an hour and with very nice and accomodating staff. I would not recommend anyone go to this medical facility.

Super Easy to get COVID19 Test. Made same day appointment online. They called me right back to register. When I arrived paperwork was done showed my ID and Insurance. A few minutes later they called me in and they stuck a Q-Tip in both sides of my nose. they left the room and came back with the results in I don't know 10-15 minutes. Tested Negative!!! Then I was out of there. ALL personnel we're extremely nice from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor! Everything was clean and everything gets sanitized all the way from the pen to the to my ID and insurance card they sanitized when they gave them back. All around a pleasant experience and let me tell you I really don't like going to the doctor for nothing they were very nice very kind easy peasy I was ready to ROCK N ROLL half hour from arrival!!!!!!

The staff at this CareNow location were very professional and efficient. Leilani was extremely helpful in the registration process and made it very easy. The wait time from check in to check out was minimal. The front office staff were very kind and answered all my questions, and the clinicians were very efficient.

Less of a wait at the ER even with “online checkin” which really means come back in an hour and a half.... was told to come back in an hour, did and was sent to the back, only to wait for over an hour (still waiting). Staff should be honest w people and not mislead them into false promises of service.
