I had my second visit to CareNow on Sahara & Fort Apache, for my second covid-19 test, and the process was very quick and efficient. I checked in from home, came in when I got the text message alert and was in and out within 30 minutes start to finish.

So first, a quick clarification. Anytime I’ve actually come into the clinic, I’ve been happy with my experience. 5 stars there. I searched on the website and they state that virtual visits are available. So, I “checked in”, got a link and filled out my information, never heard anything back. Thought maybe I checked in too late and they were busy or something, so I checked in earlier the next day- never heard anything back. Day 3, I called and discovered that there are NO virtual visits offered at this or almost any other location- those are only offered at the location on Craig and Decatur. To the care now staff who manage the website, please update your website to reflect only locations that ACTUALLY offer virtual care so people don’t waste their time.

Absolute wonderful experience here with PA Rebecca Stevens. She was the most amazing provider ever. Caring, friendly and empathetic. The front desk staff was great as well. Clean, quiet, large waiting area. Accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!
