I have never liked going to the doctor but this staff is amazing! It was the end of the shift when I came in for a late night Covid test. They were extremely nice, straight to the point and my favorite part?.....ORGANIZED. I won’t be going to any other urgent care and I’m glad I felt comfortable with them. Thankful I came across this location!!

I’m giving this place two stars because of how friendly the staff was in our limited interactions. I came in as a walk-in around 11am today and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait. I agreed to the wait and sat filling out paperwork for 15-20 minutes. After finishing the paperwork, I was told again that it would be about a 3-4 hour wait and there were 6 people to be seen before me. No big deal, I understand that staff during this pandemic are trying to do their best. I was told to wait in my car until I received a phone call to let me know they were ready for me. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could wait out the 3-4 hour period at home since I live right down the street. She double-checked my phone number and said that was not a problem. It’s 3:30pm and I still haven’t received a single call. I call to see how much more time I have to wait, and am told that not only did they try to call me twice, but my phone had to be off since my line went straight to voicemail. Considering I have spoken to multiple people on the phone today and specifically turned on the ringer for this call, this was incredibly frustrating since I didn’t have a single missed call. I was told I was taken off the list and there would be another several hour wait if I wanted to try again. No thank you.

When I first walked in I seen how cleaned the office was , and very modern/stylish. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable,and caring. My experience was very pleasant,quick,and efficient.
