5 star. Angel of ink. I would go from store to store to buy ink throughout the valley they were out. I found this store Cartridge World and they have a huge selection of ink and i dont have to disappoint my husband. I am a hero at my house and las vegas kitchen and bath on eastern and silverado. Thank you Cartridge World.

My husband and I went there this morning. Because, we are having problems with the printer. Angel was helping me. She was so kind and patient. It takes her about twenty five minutes of her times. To help me . I also wanted to by a new cartridge. She opens and looks at it . She told me that is still full . I ask her , how much do I owed her ? She looks at me and said nothing. I was so shocked of the honesty , kindness and caring . Even talking about it right now, I am so grateful to running in to people like Angel . Not too often in life , that some one truly care and have compassion to a stranger. Can’t say enough good things about Cartridge World! Angel fixed my printer same day! Upon pick up she really took her time to explain not only what went wrong but how to use the features and settings of my printer and the necessary steps to prevent the printer heads from clogging again. For someone like me who is not very tech-savvy this was huge and so appreciated! She also took the time to send me a follow-up text with the prices of the ink refills for my printer. My printer is working better than it was when I first bought it. It’s so rare these days to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile and I really found that at Cartridge World. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Highly recommend this place for their customer service. I was even able to bring my printer in for them to help diagnose the problem. If your thinking about buying toner off of Amazon, don't do it. Go to Cartridge World, it will save you a lot of headache as the cheap Amazon toners did not print anywhere near the same as what Cartridge World carries. Learned the hard way that not all toner is the same.
