The owner is so amazing and gracious. She helped me to find what I needed and was very accommodating. I definitely would’ve given 5 stars, hell, 10 stars if the delivery showed on time. I know it wasn’t the stores fault. They have someone else doing their deliveries. I placed my order on 04/24, spent well over 100 on products and was supposed to receive it between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday(04/25). Even called ahead to make sure that a message would be sent to the delivery lady to call me before coming so I can make sure I’m home. No one came to my door because I have a roommate, who was home the entire time I was gone and he would’ve told me. No one called me to update me that the delivery could not be completed. Definitely communication would be a flaw to fix. Outside of that, wonderful company! Will definitely go to the actual store once quarantine is lifted instead of placing another delivery order.
