The food is decent. It's not great. But the prices would only make sense if the food was great. The service was fine. But not great. The prices would only make sense if the service was great. Make a reservation. Dress up. Pay quite a bit. Too much bother for average food.

This place is a staple for me when I visit Las Vegas. We had a get-together with friends who all flew in and all that I can say is that the service, the food and the ambience was all five-star! We celebrated the last night of Hanukkah a day late, and our Lamb was cooked to perfection. It was so delicious. We also ordered the artichoke hearts and had some amazing wine. The decor is impeccable, and I enjoy the portraits of the 90's supermodels and the nautical theme very much.
An elegant treasure, both warming and sophisticated, but embodies a relaxed atmosphere (in my opinion). The Baby Artichokes Salad with Avocado and Shaved Parmigiano and the Steak Tartare \alla Cipriani\ were really good and so original; served chilled, but subtle enough to enjoy the layers of flavors. Cipriani's made me a huge fan of Mushroom Risotto. The textures were perfectly harmonious and Earthy that it just melts in your mouth as soon as it hits the tongue. If you can make it to dessert try the rich chocolate cake or their sponge cake (it's so light) that it completes a perfect meal.
At first we experienced a few hiccups, however, after connecting with Florian (Cipriani GM) and Jonathan (Wynn Manager) we were able to reconcile this matter. Thank you to the Wynn and Cipriani for providing excellent guest care and accommodation. We look forward to dining at this location again in the future.
I thought the food was very good, but decor is nothing exciting. If you’ve never been then I’d say it’s worth trying, but if you’re from NY or LA and have been to the other locations then I don’t think it’s a must try if you’re looking for something new.
