Callie and Jeff are amazing! My mare has been there 2 years, and what a blessing it was for us to have found them! I brought an aged mare across the country, and had a tough start in her first 6 months here. When I found Cloud Nine, she was finally able to settle, thanks to the relaxing, reliable, CLEAN, DRY environment! I love having grass for my mare to munch on regularly, and the arena is fantastic! Beautifully maintained and watered daily. Callie and Jeff also respect my professional background and more than meet my standard of care for my horse. I have the flexibility and comfort knowing I can meet my mares changing needs with flexibility and support. In addition, I am a busy single lady, working multiple jobs. Callie and Jeff give me peace of mind when I have to miss a meal or a day or few and that is invaluable to me. P.S. Desert Pines Equine Vet is literally right next door!

I am so thankful for Callie Klein and her teaching! As a complete beginner in my 40's, I appreciate her focus on safety first, and establishing the fundamentals of natural horsemanship with the horse and rider. Callie's property is meticulously maintained, spacious, and most welcoming! I highly recommend her services!
I highly recommend Cloud Nine Ranch for those looking for a quiet, friendly, and small boarding facility with top quality amenities. The owners Callie and Jeff care for my horse like one of their own and keep the facility well maintained. They provide high quality feed and adjust the amount accordingly to maintain a healthy weight. The stalls are a nice size and cleaned twice a day. The arena and 2 round pens have some of the best sand footing I've encountered in southern Nevada and California. The location is on a quiet street right next to Desert Pines Equine, so you are rarely disturbed by vehicles passing when working in the arena and don't need a trailer when veterinary emergencies occur. Callie is an experienced riding instructor and has helped me work through training challenges that I encountered. Her advice has always been thoughtful and she takes your goals into account. The other boarders are friendly and courteous, keeping everything clean and sharing arena and grooming areas. I considered a number of boarding and training facilities, and have am so happy that I found Cloud Nine Ranch. It is one of the best facilities in the Las Vegas area.
Private boutique farm with regulation Dressage arena with top notch amenities including 2 round pens large enough to start a young horse or work on the ground. Clean Clean Clean. Shaded grazing under mature trees with plenty of parking for trailers. Large airy Tack Rooms with a full bathroom. Owner -Trainer lives on site so 24/7 horse care and supervision. High Quality feed and bedding as well as overhead misting system for hot weather. Rarely do you see a barn full of fat content horses that enjoy an afternoon nap under the shaded fly free stalls. The energy is Peaceful and Professional.
Being new to boarding and horses I found Cloud Nine Ranch to be a calm environmemt for horses and people, a friendly cooperative staff, and in the summer there's minimal flies. What I really enjoy are the parties and training days with other boarders and clinician . There's always something good going on! Lots of fun and I highly recommend checking it out!
