We are loyal customers who have spent beyond thousands of dollars with Conn's. Almost every room in our house is furnished with stuff we bought there. They have always been wonderful! Now that we need to use our insurance it is a whole different ball game. It is supposed to cover anything from a stain to theft. They don't cover anything! If you look at reviews for Montage Furniture Services wich is the insurance that Conn's owns they have nothing but bad reviews. It is a complete fraud! They will find any reason or excuse to refuse coverage. Conn's lost amazing customers today. They will never get another dime from us again and I will be sure to spread the word!

This is my second time buying appliances from Conn's. The sales reps offer great customer service. I got a better deal than what I qualified for online, of which I was happy to accept. This deal was a 1 year no interest payment plan, as soon as you walk into the store. I could have gotten more stuff since my credit line doubled from last time. However, I only needed a fridge this time. Perhaps someday I can buy more stuff from Conn's. For now, I am very happy customer.

Bought new 3000.00 Samsung t.v..Get home. Panel has a pixel that is out. Call Conn's. They tell me they can't do anything and to call Samsung. Never buy from here again. Go somewhere else people.
