Excellent store with a great layout. Super clean and everything marked accordingly. However, service was SEVERELY LACKING, at first. I stood in line waiting for my pickup items, and the woman at the counter was just way to busy with small talk with some customers she had checked out. I waited patiently for 5 minutes before another sales associate walked out and helped me. I don’t know if she knew her customers on a personal basis but that’s not the point. She could have said something to me, but she chose to ignore me instead. I really hate Williams Sonoma but if I must shop there for my kitchenware and home goods than I will. Very disappointing, and even though the other sales associate was helpful, nice and willing to go the extra mile(I wound up spending A LOT more than my original order because of him by the way), I really don’t like being treated indifferently.

Great staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and they all had doggie treats on hand for our pup! As always, beautiful selection of goods, but it's the people that make it stand out.
