I walked into the store fully expecting the warm Las Vegas welcome that I always get. But...nothing. The staff walked past me numerous times without so much as a glance. I was one of two people in the store at first...and then I was the only person in the store. When I left...nothing. No “Have a great day”, “thanks for coming”...nothing. I felt so invisible. The dog paid me more attention. There was so much that I wanted to buy. Also, I was referred to this store. I get better treatment in Chicago. Sad face.
Very rude and unpleasant staff. Our family came in to look for some stones and beads to use for jewelry making. The second we walk in we were instructed to use their hand sanitizer which was fine, but it was incredibly sticky. My 7 year old asked if we just put glue on his hands. Not sure if their product was bad quality or expired. They had wipes next to it so we grabbed one to now clean our sticky hands when an employee abruptly walks over and closes the lid saying it’s very expensive and hard to find in stores. We also got spoken to like children about social distancing while trying to clean our hands. We are very aware of rules and cleanliness and don’t need to be lectured. This guaranteed that we would not be interested in spending our money here. We just came from another store that had the friendliest staff with tact on how to ask customers to sanitize without speaking down to people. It’s too bad these older ladies are so rude and ruined our experience. We won’t be back.
I went here to pick up an order for a client. I was shocked and amazed at the incredible amount of beautiful beads and items to make jewelry. I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone who makes jewelry.
Fantastic the very moment you come to the front door if you feel like you've seen family that you haven't been reunited with in a very long. Beautiful selection of beads and classes to learn.
