Customer service is piss poor! And Manager acts as though you owe her something when you're investing your money with the business. Completed my application never got a delivery time just a day! Was given a delivery time after calling, delivery time passes I call and am told my references aren't answering and she cannot verify my employment. Wow, whatever happened to follow up or a courtesy call when you've already taken my money! While speaking with Linda, she continuously states she will have to deny my application. Yet you have set a delivery date and taken my funds! Then I go through hoops to get my employment verified. Two of my references told me they spoke with a representative. Call back 20 minutes after she verified my employment. I asked if any additional information is needed as states she did not get my references and she's still waiting for my residency verification. Yet earlier I was told that was already completed. Then I let her know she spoke with two of my references she denied that she did. After that I'm told since I'm purchasing all electronics I must be fully verified before delivery! She then says I won't get a delivery until tomorrow no apology or empathy! Then she says she's doing something else right now! If it wasn't for the fact I already have given my money and plan on doing 6 months as cash with my taxes! I would not purchase anything from here! Linda has terrible customer service over the phone but acts fake in your face! Very disrespectful and no customer service! Spend your money elsewhere people! A damn shame what service looks like these days when you're in contract to pay almost 1600.00

People complain because the prices are higher than normal but that should be expected when doing rent to own. Spots like this are perfect for people who are just starting out and need the hook up their pa dr but don't have a lot of money to spend. The payments make it easy to get on your feet slowly but surely.

I love the place. My husband and I were looking everywhere to find a couch and we found the perfect one. Helpful staff especially Linda. AND OMG THEY GOT A SALE THIS WEEKEND!!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would I first had a great experience with them I love my bed set from there. But when I went to add a second item I was clearly taken advantage of. I rented a watch they have listed online for one price and they are selling it for double same as cash in store. They do not stay true to their word. Watch does not have charging dock, Never been able to use. Was verbally abused by Tiffany and Jean the manager. Then they tried to say item was late when it was not. They are corrupt.
