Effortless office makes working from home or anywhere a breeze! I am able to access my desktop from my PC or laptop. If I have an issue I call or send an email and they not only respond quickly they work until the issue is fixed. Most of the time it is just resetting a password. But when I have had more complex issues they were able to remote in and fix them. I am super thankful to have an IT team during Covid-19 and plan to continue working remotely after the pandemic and I do not think I am alone!
