I would definitely not recommend that anyone use this company: Fireplace & BBQ Service, 2550 Desert Inn Rd # 128, Las Vegas, NV. for any service. He treated us very shabbily and failed to deliver despite several weeks after we first contacted him for service. He told us the parts were placed on backorder until September. Then he said that we should get another repair service when I suggested he order the part directly from the manufacturer!!! I got the part in a few days from the manufacturer and they recommended their preferred Las Vegas vendor who quickly installed it all at less cost than what this company intended to charge!

I checked with a few places in Las Vegas to set up my gas fireplace. I wanted rocks, not logs . Futile until I found Ron Florio at FIREPLACE & BBQ SERVICE. He replied to my voicemail quickly and set an appointment to assess what I needed. Ron was on time for the appointment, checked the gas line (hadn't been used in years) and had great ideas for my fireplace. It is now beautiful; I love it. Ron is great.....

I bought a home with a gas fireplace and even after trying to figure out how to light the pilot on google, I came up short. I called Fireplace & BBQ Service, and they walked me right through. Although, I wasn't a paying customer, I received excellent customer service right over the phone. I highly recommend them as the process was super easy with their help! Thank you very much!
