I can't say anything bad about this Sheraton, other than the curbside appeal. It looks scary and is on a scary street. It is safe inside and clean and quiet comfy rooms. I just can't give 5 Stars with the homeless guy living in the back lot and the outside appearance so rundown and abandoned.

The bed is wonderful, I can’t read my book because it’s so comfy I fall asleep. It’s is pretty close to the airport and the strip. The room is clean. However, I was sad to find no open bar or alcohol coolers in the market except at night?! I’m in Vegas, I thought bars don’t close here? The elevators are not user friendly. The pool, is small but hardly any chairs that weren’t broken. There is also a fire station across the street, hard to sleep through the night. Always end with a positive, staff are supper nice and caring.

For the experience, you might as well pay half the price and go to a Budget Inn. All amenities and food options closed for covid, but the hotels right beside have amenities opened and follow precautions. This place was dirty, the carpet has some nasty, smelly stains, trash is overflowing in all the common spaces...the housekeepers def did not do their jobs. The ice machine and AC in the hallways was broken, 5 days later they hadn’t even contacted a repairman. If this is a Sheraton hotel, I don’t want to see any others.

Five stars. 95% due to Nicole at the front desk. I worked in customer service for five years, and I *very* rarely saw someone as charismatic and friendly, as well as willing to go above and beyond, as this individual is. Management... Make sure you keep this individual happy, customer service representatives like this are hard to come by!!! As far as the property itself- The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, and this is generally what one would expect from a Sheraton property. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but parking is underground and gated, so no need to worry about your car. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in Vegas for the price point.

This is a great place to stay! The room is renovated and new. There’s free secured underground parking and you can use your phone as a key so no need to keep track of your room card. No alcohol mini bar but there’s coffee/tea in the room and vending machine on the floor, better than many strip hotels. Also, the service is excellent, Nicole and Austin really make you feel welcome!

This trip was a quick overnight to drop my son for a 6 AM flight the next morning. We didn't arrive until 10 PM. The TV did not work in room 332. It was late and I did not care enough to make a call. The bed, oh the bed, it was heavenly. The price was right, 75 for the night.

The rooms were small and dark. The trash in the parking are was overflowing for the 2 nights we were there, it was never emptied. The room could have used a good detailed cleaning. The area was shady with lots of homeless people. I would not have felt safe walking around outside. Glad the parking was under the building so I did not have to go out except to check in.
