Booked for 1:00pm, turned up five minutes early and was not seen to until 2:10pm. Very unapologetic and they then didn't have the one colour I wanted. Despite the lady doing my nails being so lovely, it was a terrible manicure (gel) that looked awful and started chipping off the next day. For 44 US I was really disappointed and would not go back.

The worst experience ever. They take 50% deposit in advance. When u arrived I found out it was a dry pedicure, and I required a soak so I asked to just cancel both appt. They said this is not possible. When I arrived they were working in eacother nails and we're very rude. They then got a little busy in the middle of my manicure and rise my service, as well half way through my manicurist paused to answer her text msg. Never again

French Beauty Bar had the best customer service and extremely competitive pricing (compared to the overpriced salons inside the casinos). All the girls working there were extremely friendly and went the extra mile with my gel manicure; plus they got me in last minute although they were extremely busy. Overall I had an exceptional experience and would recommend this place to locals and tourists who want to get an express service as well as quality work.

The LAKA Kiosk at fashion show mall was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The place looked very nice, clean, and modern. The ladies where very nice and seemed very energetic about thier job.(the Elit masagers where a great touch) There was just one problem , a woman with pink hair was very rude to some customers and myself. She rolled her eyes at me which I find extremely rude. And while I was getting my mani pedi all she did was stand around and glare while everyone else was doing a wonderful job.
