Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about but the owner has always been responsive and courteous as well as the Kratom is always of fine quality and the prices are always very good. I order from here all the time and never had a problem
This place is a joke... the orders stated out very good the first few with the product being shipped same day when I paid overnight shipping... then once I started to order regularly my orders were not being shipped for days at a time now I put in an overnight order and I don’t receive it for almost a week the owner refuses to respond to me as to why I was led to believe I would get these orders on time... He rips off his customers once he has them as regulars he has cost me over 150 in shipping costs for overnight shipping and not once has it even come within 3 days. This man deserves to be shut down he and his company are frauds with a product that is decent at best. I have already spoke to and made a complaint to the BBB and I noticed he took off the ability to publicly review his site products on the site itself just before my orders started taking a week or more to receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY HE IS A THIEF AND A SHADY BUSINESSMAN who deserves to be shut down for his ways I am more than willing to pay a higher price to get a better product and better service than this Gaia Ethnobotanical is the Walmart of Kratom. Ghetto trash is what he is.
Owner is rude and impatient, blocked me from his FB page when I left a review. I was asking him about payments through email and tried to recommend another form of payment, but he told me nobody is forcing me to use his site.
