We have been here multiple times, had a great experience, kids had fun, a great time for everyone! The reason they are getting a 2 star review at this point is because of our most recent trip in 3/27/21 we came in like we normally do, the family in tow, 2 kids under 4 who refuse to wear masks. We get stopped after reloading our game cards and then told we had to put masks on the kids before we could enter (don’t stand there and watch me pay and then tell me we can’t enter!!!) highly unethical! I am not complaining about putting masks on the kids, normally this wouldn’t be an issue, the problem is that Most of the kids and even the adults either weren’t wearing masks or if they were they were not covering their mouths or noses. (Everyone else in my group except for the 2 kids under 4 were wearing their masks properly) The general manager Corrine was very rude about it, and unprofessional. The entire staff at the front was very rude, confrontational and unprofessional as well. I have no issue of following company policy but when we can clearly see other people not wearing masks and you decide to enforce it on us but then proceed to stop and talk to an Adult without a mask on ( no excuse that he shouldn’t have been wearing one of a toddler has too!) and then proceed to continue on without telling him to put his mask on... there’s a problem!!!! Check your management team!

It's a good place to take kids, they could use more games and wish they had some of the classics from 90s, I think Dave and busters is much better, as far as games go.

For how much games cost and charging me extra to get a new card... I would expect more of your machines to work!!! I bought 190 credits and I'm leaving with 93.. because of how terrible it is and pretty sure this my first and last time I'm going to be coming to gameworks!!! I came to Vegas to visit my niece and nephew and took them.. so we could hang out and play games. But now, I'm regretting bring them to broke game works!!! Would had a better of a time going to the strip and doing one of the arcades in the casinos. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Games were definitely rigged. The Jurassic Park game was bad because the guns would lag and the reticle wouldn't work a good 40% of the time. Crossy road was trash because it only counted every four hops. Where as every other one I have played counts every hop. Making you think the jackpot was much easier than reality. It's just small things such as that, that make me not want to go back because you know the odds are already against you more than the regular Vegas odds.

It was a fun clean environment to enjoy a bunch of video games. Most of them were open with some closed due to social distancing requirements.

First time visiting pretty good! Sometimes the arcade games stopped working but workers always came and fixed it. Prizes were pretty bare but, overall nice! I got a little pizza pillow with a mustache as a prize haha

Depends what package you get. 1 hour free play is cool but your limited to certain arcade games and some of them aren't working. That being said this place is better than chucky cheese. And is fun to kill time.

Staff was friendly, a lot of game options. The waiter was attentive and fast. Food was limited but good. Great place for kids and adults to play
