Let me tell you, that I didn't buy one but two Genesis GV80's. I was into a Porsche Cayenne and it was and is a great car. However, this new Genesis is sexy as hell. service and warranty components are very, very good

Awful to work with. As a Genesis owner you are promised to have white glove service and they fell short in every aspect. I recommend you spend your time at another Genesis dealer where they will take better care of you rather than passing you around and not helping you at all.

Getting service done is taking longer nowadays 1 and 1half hour is 3 hrs or more but the employees are still courteous. Another time just to put on one new tire was 2 1/2-3 hours but I waited patiently.
