All the Goettl techs have been great, but this time around, Paul and his trainee (i forget the trainees name) were awesome. Super polite, professional, knowledgeable as to our needs and what we needed to do to keep our system up and running like new. Also had a hell of a personality. Super nice guy. And great at his job :-)

Billy gave me a call notifying me when he showed up. He was personable and really dived deep into my system and sure enough found a carbon monoxide leak. We had a few techs come by and nobody found it till today. We aren't happy with the findings but we are happy he took the time to find this major problem. I would definitely recommend Billy for anyone that's in need of an honest tech.

Excellent Service and quality work. If you want something done right, do it yourself... or have Goettl do it for you, the quality of work was astounding. I had Paul come out for a first time AC inspection and AC service and he did a phenomenal job. He was very informative and really took the time to make sure I understand how to keep my system in good working order. After finishing the work he made me aware of some repairs I could make to the system in order to ensure the quality and life span of my AC system. He made sure I was taken care of and I got Grade A service. I'll be sure to call Goettl from now on.
