Car got broken into the first night. Had to replace the window. Management was totally indifferent. Said they had nothing to do with that. A meal voucher or even a simple I’m sorry that happened would have went a long way. But it’s the Hyatt so they can get away with it. It was also dirty. Will never stay here again.

Well started with the concierge calling me by my middle name with the look on her face as if she bit into a very sour lemon...(my middle name is Muhammad) she literally did a double take looked at the screen and again referred to me as "Moooohamed" I told her that's my middle name but yes that's me. The look she gave me ill never forget. Anyways ppl now a days are very critical to middle eastern named folks(not that its ok, just used to it). It gets worse I get into my room and it smells like vomit! I notice the sink has dried residue...later the drain filled with water and dried, left this residue the two days I stayed this trend repeated...the concierge said "we will look into it" that's it...ok thanks I guess! Great customer service and location. 20 minute walk to the strip and less than 10 min away from the airport. Will definitely be coming back here. Room had 2 beds and a pull out sofa which worked great with 5 people. Shuttle driver was awesome, punctual and very friendly.
I was a little nervous about the stay when I reserved the room because of 3 stars. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff super nice. You want to see the off strip Vegas it is perfect. You want to gamble they have a shuttle that will take you to the strip.
This was so-so for me. We LOVED our first stay after the first covid restrictions lifted. But it was not busy, we were on the 4th floor and everything felt very comfortable. The second time we were on the second floor and it definitely felt second rate. The restrictions were lifted a second time and I guess everyone used their stimulus checks to Vaca in Vegas because everywhere was SO PACKED! We basically stayed in most the time and visited places on the outskirts of the city. I might try here a third time to see if it was just luck the first time.
First off let me say that I hardly do reviews. I only write them when I’m truly impressed. I have a credit card but prefer not to use it on vacations or to book hotels. They allowed me to use cash/debt card to book and reserve my room. They have a huge room with 2 double Beds and a sitting area with an L shaped couch that turns into a bed as well. So it sleeps 6/8 people/kids. Came with free WiFi for all electronics and free breakfast. The pool is heated throughout the year. We stayed 4days 3 nights and I never had an issue. Every time I called for more towels or trash pick up, it was done promptly and the staff is super nice. The room basically came with a space to sleep and a space to chill and watch tv. The pool is limited to only 10 people but it’s lovely and has a nice area to sit and watch the kids. The location itself is great. 5 different restaurants 3 are open 24 hours. I loved my stay and definitely recommended this place. My kids ages range from 14 to 9 months and we all had a great time. My husband even liked it and he’s rarely impressed. This hotel is my go-to hotel from now on.
The area is ghetto. Don’t stay here. They have the same name as the one near Silverton. Stay there, not here. Stay away from this location. I tried to change my reservation and the manager David said I couldn’t. He was not helpful.
Nice clean room. No smoke smell. Sometimes when you stay at a hotel the room smells of smoke when you asked for a non smoking room. None of that here. Room was spacious. 2 full beds with a sofa bed in the sitting are. 2 full beds on the small side. Other than that, good place to stay and close to everything in Vegas. I will be back.
