Trust me, among immigration attorneys, we know who's who! Most importantly, she is HONEST, she will tell it how it is, she won't waste your time making you spend money unnecessarily when there are no options, that is why her consultation fee is worth every penny as you are paying for her experience, honesty and integrity. A minute talking to her is worth more than a whole hour talking to someone who is not as as straightforward and honest as Kathia is! I highly recommend her!

They had told us when scheduling a Consultation that they wanted a deposit of 200 dollars and if they would not take our case they would refund that amount back. We had a 14 min on phone conversation and know there saying they never said that money is refundable. This is ridiculous to charge 200 for a 14 minute conversation. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

Ms. Pereira is a very professional attorney. She’s knowledgeable about the subject matter however she lacks a proper bedside manner, perhaps is because she’s focused on her job. But as a former client I expect a professional person but most of all an attorney with compassion and understanding of the client’s plight. I don’t question her integrity as an attorney but if she doesn’t make the client feel welcomed and truly in his or her best interests then no matter how knowledgeable she is the client will not feel that they have an ally on their side. In my few interactions with her she always came across as abrupt rude and uncaring. Told me what our course of actions was and where to go forward. Not once she made me feel that I was in good hands. I should have terminated her services from the first meeting since the first meeting with her made me feel unwelcome. I find it interesting that in her email states of you had a unpleasant experience please contact directly. I ask what is the point of placing a review of her on her email and if one can’t leave an honest opinion of the services provided her law offices. In the end I did receive my work permit however she kindly asked me to find another attorney for representation, as a matter of fact I should have done that the first place and avoid going to someone who claims to be at the service of the Latino community. I can assure you that there are qualified and respected attorneys within Las Vegas are that will give you a better service and truly feel welcome. I wish Ms. Pereira much success but I feel that if she is unable to do a better job and care for the clients she’s representing she will continue to have this kind of reviews.
