We hired him about one almost two years ago and he told us that we could travel in the usa but not leave ... we traveled by car and my husband who is south korean , was taken by ICE at a checkpoint . At my lowest point i texted and emailed him and Claudia both were short with answers and basically dropped my husbands case that same day. I asked him if my husband was gonna be allowed bond which he said no because of his visa ... well I hired the amazing wonderful John Ting and bond was granted at the lowest amount and within a week filed a petition for me to the immigration office . Why couldnt you guys do that ? When the situation gets real and difficult alex bailed and Claudia stopped responding. They were paid in full and yet did nothing but still didnt refund me my whole amount so i paid him and Claudia almost 1000. For sending me a few texts throughout the year. All the other lawyers that i was considering hiring ALLLL wondered why you didnt do anything on behalf of my husband . I really hope no one goes through what i went through in thinking they were in great hands because of google reviews .
