This was a good time. There are a couple of ways to do this hike. You can do the Alltrails Overlook hike or BirdAndHike out to Little Zion. We did an overnight camping trip to Little Zion and came back down the Overlook trail. So both of a good option too! For Verizon: Spotty service. The trail: minimal shade, no water source, didn't see any wildlife larger than a chipmunk, view if the city and excellent hiking. There is a slot canyon, agave roasting pits and of course Little Zion! Wear your sun protection!

Amazing hiking trail. Very easy drive in truck, in can a lot of loose gravel in spots so be on lookout. Drive to the end is well worth it. Trails are simple and well marked. This is a hidden gem of Vegas! A must do for anyone
A little known trail several miles off Lovell Canyon. A sedan could make it if they’re careful. There is evidence of campfires all along the pull offs. The area itself had only about 7-8 vehicles at the trail entrance. While the views afforded are not as great as the ones at Red Rock, or Valley of Fire, the escape into a rugged landscape with few people around is its own reward these days
Great hike with an amazing view from the peak. Not a lot of shade so avoid the warmer months. Drive up the dirt road until you get to the gate, the first 2 miles is a shared dirt road.
Beautiful hike trail. We love the area.
